Annual overseeding and Tree Trimming
This notice is to inform you of the upcoming annual over seeding of the community grass areas and the annual fall tree trimming and tree removals. The annual over seeding is scheduled to start shortly and will take approximately two weeks of scalp mowing the turf areas and then applying the annual rye seed and topper to the scalped grass areas. It will then take approximately two weeks after the seed is applied to get the grass back to its original condition.
Great Scott Tree Service will be performing the annual fall tree trimming and removals in late November, weather permitting. Most of the trees being trimmed this year are located on the Alicia Slope and green belt behind Turtle Cove. There are approximately eight trees scheduled to be removed this fall. The HOA Board of Directors takes careful consideration and the advice of experts when considering the removal of a common area tree. The reason these trees are being removed is they are either dead, declining, overcrowded or a danger to homeowners' property.
